The "Ski Camp" called "Pro Ski Marathon", is suitable (and recommended) to all athletes age, who wish to improve various aspects of their sport in perspective of their competitive level of amateur racing, amateur and more ...

  Solutions "XC360SKI Camp"

Days devoted to training and improving technical and practical perspective of the Marathon races and not only ....

The days of 6 hours and will be characterized by:

- 3 h - practical lesson on the field with video footage

- 2 h - lecture with video footage analysis  

- 1 h - lesson waxing / waxing   

Each day will follow this type of program (maximum):  

- 9.00/12.00 - Practice

- 12.30/13.30 - lunch

- 14.00/16.00 - Classroom

- 16.00/17.00 - pause

- 17.00/18.00 - Theory

- 19.00 - dinner

Rate plan for the 2, 3 and 4 days.

Regulation SKI CAMP

General rules

- Entry fees to the Ski Camp are independent of the allowances for board and lodging, for so the latter must be paid directly at the "Refuge BIMSE" prior telephone contact within 5 days prior to the Skicamp, the number 339.5953393, email francesca . valci@libero.it . - Given the nature of XC360SkiCamp, with technical matters with practical activity "in fee" and still "active" for entire days, registrations will be accepted only by those who declare that they are on enrollment in the physical conditions suitable to support sports days of intensive work.

- The enrollment fee also includes the membership fee to the "amateur Polisportiva SPORTiLive", to which we rely in order to have a greater cover, in addition to the private instructor.
