Calculate the height custom sticks for "Nordic Sport"?!
Why not "Calculate its height personalized sticks of NordicSport"?!?
In the last post in May 2010 ( laws ) had addressed the issue, explaining the possible options and trying to focus on "value" of having their height sticks "Custom".
During the winter season 2010/11, this issue was at the center of my attention on several levels, considering the three sports "Nordic" (Cross Country, Nordic Walking and Rollerski) and bearing in mind the "type" of people / students / Athletes were involved as "test subjects" in order to verify some "attitudes and postural changes during movements in different sports and the final performance."
Considerations fast: The "best high personal" guarantees, immediately hit the "better coordinative activities and synchronization of motor gesture" and then the result of the maximum efficiency of the specific act, with improved functionality and use of the "upper part of the body "that largely affects the Global Gesture of all three disciplines.
Note: This account of "benchmarks" for calculating the height of the sticks, always suggested (thanks to ...) with a percentage to the total height of the person to es.0, 83/0, 84 x Height (cm), in the case of sticks for T.Classica and 0.90 / 0.91 x height (cm) for the T.Pattinaggio both for the Rollerski and both for the Cross-country skiing and 0.66 / 0.67 x height (cm) for Nordic Walking.
