Notice "XC360NordicCamp" 2010
The "Nordic XC360 Camp", Camp are being made during the summer / autumn, in anticipation of "XC360SkiCamp".
From September 6, 2010, until end of October, we are setting dates for dating, you will see how the "Location":
- Romantik Hotel Santer in Dobbiaco / South Tyrol
- Refuge in BIMS Pomatt / Piedmont
Action will focus on the practice of ROLLERSKI and NORDIC WALKING in respect of cross country skiing.
The maximum program, will feature:
- Technical and practical insights, on Rollerski at the brand new "Trail Rollerski Dobbiaco", in front of the Romantik Hotel Santer, the "Nordic Camp" in South Tyrol. And the stretch of road in front of Riale, the "Nordic Camp" in Pomatt.
- Technical and theoretical insights, with viewing of video footage in the classroom;
- Depth, with other activities: Nordic walking, breathing exercises with SpiroTiger, dietary supplementation with EthicSport, Preparation Materials with MasterWax and Rode.
During this period, have scheduled benefits at participating hotels.
Soon we'll enter the "rules of Nordic Camp" (which indicates, similarly correspond to those already in place for "XC360SkiCamp" ....) And facilities for overnight stays.
